Your appointments are very important to the team at Brit + Co Beauty Studio. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise, and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. 

However, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give at least a 24-hour notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without a 24-hour notice, please understand that this may result in a charge, which will be at the discretion of the stylist and/or salon owner. 

We respect you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. We thank you for your loyalty. As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24-hours before the appointment will be confirmed via e-mail, text, or phone call.
